After your first order, each subsequent order will be sent to your inbox for approval and payment. Once confirmed the order will be shipped at the interval you selected.

You can visit your account at any time to adjust your order dates, or change your pods quantities, flavors. You can also pause your autoship plan or change your order interval.

Normally, the first autoship delivery will arrive in 2 business days after the date of payment. Thereafter, your subsequent deliveries will arrive at the interval you selected.

You can contact our customer service via live chat or info@relxnow.ch for a refund. You may need to return the package to us to proceed with the refund, and please make sure all products are not opened.
