Do I need to verify my age to purchase?

Can I purchase RELX products as a gift for someone else?

You may purchase as a gift, but the recipient must also be 18 or older. Please ensure the delivery address belongs to an adult, as our courier may request age confirmation upon delivery.


Nicotine Strengths

What do the nicotine strength numbers mean (mg/ml)?

Nicotine strength is expressed in milligrams per millilitre (mg/ml). The higher the number, the more nicotine is delivered per puff. RELX pods are available in the following strengths:

  • 18 mg/ml – Moderate strength. Suitable for light to moderate smokers transitioning from cigarettes.

If you are new to vaping, we recommend starting with a lower strength and adjusting based on your experience.

Are RELX pods salt nicotine or freebase nicotine?

RELX pods use nicotine salts (nic salts), which deliver a smoother throat hit at higher concentrations compared to freebase nicotine. This makes them particularly effective for smokers looking to switch.

How long does one pod last?

A standard RELX pod contains approximately 1.9 ml of e-liquid and is rated for around 500–600 puffs, depending on your puffing style and frequency. This is roughly equivalent to one to two packs of cigarettes.


Device & Pod Compatibility

Are RELX pods compatible with all RELX devices?

RELX devices and pods are designed within specific product generations. Please check compatibility before purchasing:

  • RELX Infinity / Infinity 2 Plus / Artisan Plus / Essential – Compatible with RELX Infinity pods (Pro pods).

Can I use third-party pods with my RELX device?

We strongly recommend using only genuine RELX pods with your RELX device. Third-party pods may not fit correctly, could damage the device, and may void any applicable warranty. RELX Switzerland only sells authentic RELX products.

My device is not producing vapour — what should I do?

Try the following steps: (1) Ensure the pod is fully inserted and clicked into place. (2) Check that the pod is not empty. (3) Clean the contacts between the pod and device with a dry cotton swab. (4) Charge the device fully before use. If the issue persists, please contact our support team.


Shipping

How do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post within Switzerland and Lichtenstein. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 noon are usually processed the same day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders over CHF 99 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee applies and is displayed at checkout.

Do you ship outside Switzerland?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Switzerland. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We process orders quickly, so address changes may not always be possible. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to update your delivery address, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened pods or used devices cannot be returned unless they are defective.

My product arrived damaged or defective — what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact our customer support team via the Contact Us page. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
